Does this look like herpes?

After having unprotected sex I noticed my discharge smelled sour, then it went odourless and watery. I went to the doctor and got antibiotics and a insert. It fixed everything, then I had sex again the same thing happened. This time my doctor did a swab and gave me Klion-D 100, which I an still on. It caused alot of burning and irritating but I was informed that it is normal. Now today after deficating a couple times, I checked and noticed this pimple/whatever it is... I had to stretch my anus to see it... It is not hard, but soft and can be easily pressed/pushed around till it appears hidden again... Is this a breakout?
