does this look like herpes?

About 3 days ago I began experiencing intense itching and burning in my vaginal area. I thought it was a yeast infection, so I took monistat 3 but it made the burning and itching much more painful so I washed it out. I did lots of scratching that night.

The following day I went to urgent care to get OTC medication for my yeast infection and also get a full STD panel. The doctor looked at my vagina while he took swabs, but did not mention the bumps that had started forming. He said based on my discharge it looked like I did have a yeast infection. I also did a blood panel so I could get tested for everything.

When I got home I was shocked to find one of the bumps had become a white looking blister. After doing intense research, I have become convinced I do have herpes. I have been having unprotected sex with someone and did the same thing in August. The other two bumps are starting to look like they're blistering also. I also have swollen lymph nodes in my groin.

The only thing stopping me from fully believing it's herpes is the fact that the bumps are in areas I usually shave and nick myself (and I've been shaving a lot recently), they are separated and not clustered, and I have had diarrhea recently which could have infected hair follicles.

I'm going to another urgent care again today to get it fully looked at specifically for herpes, and am trying to schedule a gyno appt.

What do you guys think?
