ive been very sexual active recently with the same guy. i drink a lot so am dehydrated and dry down there. It felt like he tore my vagina so i looked and saw this abrasion

I currently have this exact same thing & im worried incase its herpes too. Ive had mine multiple times but im not sure if its because the area isnt 'ready' enough during sex as it does hurt sometimes! Mine seems to get worse everytime it flares up though, which makes me worry more that its herpes. What does yours feel like? Does it itch?

I would try to get it swabbed and test for herpes, as well as syphilis
