i had unprotected sex with an escort that stated that she gets checked out monthly for Endometriosis

yes stupid i know.

this was last week monday now i am experiencing penile red pimples which i get on and off when ever i have sex protected or unprotected.

They come and go though and can look inflamed then look normal.

i think its balanitis.

what concerns me is i have a rash line between my groin and inner thigh thats bleeding.

this isnt the first time this happened because i experienced this few years ago when i wear tight boxers.

so i went to the ER to get a swab what do you guys think this look like ?imageimage
