Does this look like herpes

hi guys, have been noticing my skin around my inner thigh and buttocks is looking like dried up rash or bumps. also have small bumps in my inner thigh area , they are not painful and i only noticed them because i wanted to shave, no herpes symptoms at all. this is not the first time ive noticed this. i also live in Australia nd its currently summer and i do chafe. just wondering if this looks like herpes and i should go to the doctor or if its just chafing rashimage
