Does this look like herpes

back story:

I had multiple ingrown hairs about a week ago. One of them (not on my vaginal area) became infected & i was diagnosed with cellulitis & have been on a heavy antibiotic. I noticed some discomfort a few days ago and am now noticing these bumps on my labia. I cant figure out if this looks like folliculitis or herpes out break They arent painful at all. I'm very itchy & have been prone to yeast infections for as long as I can remember. So, not sure if its yeast, folliculitis or herpes Im going to call my OB in the morning but Im freaking out!

    the outbreak would be extremely uncomfortable and painful. if they arent bothering i would say you are safe. the first couple of outbreaks are extremely uncomfortable

      the outbreak was none of those things and Im afraid if I did not catch this I would have never found out my status. I had them swabbed and they came back positive for HSV-1
