Does this look like Herpes? HELP PIC INCLUDED

Hi guys, I had oral sex with my boyfriend in August right after his cold sore was gone. The next day i started feeling unwell muscle aches, chills etc - no blisters. I have since then noticed my discharge smells sour/fishy and from time to time my legs feel achy, my groin swollen and i feel very tired but i have never had the typical blisters. I have been to several doctors and been prescribed medications for yeast, thrush but the smell is constant.

Today i noticed this inside my outer labia and it has sent me right back into anxiety. Does this look like herpes? If not what could it be?

hey girl, we are in the same boat besides the cold sore part and i didnt have any of those symptoms. but i do have that little crack at the top of my vagina but it was gone the next day. but that spot does feel a little tender. i dont know what it could be, and its almost impossible to get a swab with it disappearing the next day. plus, its really small so im not sure if you can swab something you can barley see.

fishy smell usually means BV you have to get treated for that. the second pic looks like just fordyce spots nothing there. the first pic could be an ingrown hair. i would go back to doc and have them pop it to swab it and ask about BV
