Does this look like herpes? Need help!

So i recently went to get tested at 2 different places and they all came out negative but ive been seeing some symptoms and I read that there can be false negative tests. Ive been seeing these symptoms around my lip but my doctor said it was just folliculitis but for some reason I dont think its that. i also recently had a pimple on my shaft that didnt hurt at all. I need help. Does this look like herpes to you guys? image image

    i don't see any Herpes in the following picture of your mouth...

    you need to get additional check regarding that red skin...

    could be irritated skin from shaving !!

    i think i got the same thing, the top of the lips area has been red and hurts sometimes for a couple months now. it's way worse than herpes lol
