DOES THIS LOOK LIKE HERPES OR A YEAST INEFCTION?! (pictures included)

ok first im so sorry for this long message just wanted everything to be clear

so first off i been with my boyfriend for a year and some months we never used a comdom but we have been on and off a lot but long story short i had sex with a old friend when we had a "break" (stupid of me ) unprotected 3 times... oral as well (Sep 23/ Sep 24/ Sep 27) i then got back with my boyfriend and had unprotected sex as well (Oct 5-Oct 12) we always been the couple to have sex everyday as well. So i just later found out he get cold sores (HSV-1) which stupid of me i didnt know was herpes... The last time we had sex i did shave (not with a new razor nor shaving cream just dove sensitive soap) the sex was rough nd i do tend to get dry when we are having sex after sex i went and peed but it started stinging i brushed it off because i have had multiple situations occur when after sex it burned when i peed and my pelvic area hurted because of the large cyst i get from the arm implant birth control (nexplanon) but the pain always went away after 30 mins of using the bathroom sooo next time i peed i noticed it was still burning when i peed (but i still ignored it ) (Oct 16 )couple days later by mid-day i was confused on why it still burned when i peed because its only been burning when i peed i checked my vagina and noticed these ulcers ( i did try to pop them thinking it was pimple which i believed spread it )i got so freeked out started crying and wanted to die , i texted the friend i had sex with to see if he had anything (not knowing my boyfriend has HSV-1) he reassured me he didn't i sent him these photos aswell and he tried telling me it was a yeast infection... fast foward the next day of seeing the ulcers my PERIOD STARTED GREAT!!! and it has been the worst period of my life since i got on the birth control my periods was light before and i never had cramps this time the cramps were unbaring and i was poring out blood like i never seen i went to work and the ulcers were hurting so bad i went to the bathroom to see why all of sudden it was hurting and it was because my period was so heavy it started to leak all over my sores (which i believe is why i think it started spreading more)so i went to a urgent care off rip they tested me for everything including herpes so they took blood, i peed in a cup, and they also checked my vagina out as soon as she looked she says it looks like herpes: she did perscribe me something to help with bacterial because i did come up positive for Gardnerella vaginalis and she also prescibe me something to help with burning when i peed but keep in mind they never hurted me only when my pee hit it i only expierened white thick discharge once and had a headache the day i seen it and the day of my period(which i believed was just my body telling me my period was coming on) NOW im sitting here waiting on the results hopefully i get them tomorrow or friday im praying is not herpes but at the end of the day my boyfriend does have HSV-1 so i've just made it clear to myself i have it just incase i do and dont get worked up as i did when i first seen it.

i will update when i get my results so i can help anybody who is going through what im going through hopes this helps.. and the photos are in order from each day of having it

    UPDATE:

    still no results but i believe its been exactly a week of having it and i noticed that some have went away. Can anyone tell me anything?! im so anxious about trying to find this out.imageimage

    Hi!! it looks like herpes to me. how soon after seeing the sores did you get swabbed? or was it a blood test?

      hey and yeah that’s what I’m thinking it is but i noticed it saturday and got it swabbed on monday and i also got blood drawn as well . And i thought herpes were supposed to hurt or they dont in most cases?

      For the swab, the sores could have began to heal by then, if so the blood test should pick it up if you've had it long enough. Pain is the norm with herpes, and i read that you had pain when urinating so that is fitting. This could literally not be herpes though. I'm not a doctor so I'm not gonna say it is... but it appears to be. Do you have a portal to the lab your results were sent to? I was able to find out I have HSV 1 the next day after my blood test.

    when i first found out i had it , thats how mine looked and also on the inside of my lips

      i got my results and im negative for hsv-2 but im positive for hsv-1 so im going to go to my ob/gyn to see what caused them .

    UPDATE!!! so i went to my ob/gyn today because 4 days ago i seen 2 ulcers pop up and he told me they just looked like reaccurring from the last ones and eventhough im negative for hsv-2 i can still get it on my genital because im positive for hsv-1 but when i look this up it says when this happens it says herpes is very weak on the genital area when your just positive for hsv-1 and not hsv-2 so idk if this will help anyone but i just wanted to let you guys know.
