Does this look like herpes or something else??

I've had this bump since January or February and it doesn't seem to be going away at all. It's not too noticeable, I just know it's there. I got and STD test a little while back and everything came back normal. But recently, I had to go to the doctor because I had some intense burning when I went to pee and they gave me a Gonorrhea shot and subscribed me to some doxycycline for chlamydia. The burns seems to be going away after 6 days of taking it but I got my results and I was negative for both of them. I couldn't help but to notice these 3 little bumps on my shaft so now I'm a little concerned. None of the bumps hurt or anything so does this sound like herpes or something else?

    its not herpes as it dosnt stay unchanged for months on end they could be penile papules they are common on the corona of the penis

      the ones on the penis should be looked at by ur doctor but they dont look like anything sinister

      ok thanks, so what do you think the burning could have been because everything came back clean as for as uti's and stuff
