Does this look like herpes?! (Pics)

okay so i was super sick with a bad case of strep and at that time i was super itchy down there and scratched myself and got a small tear which sick my immune system was compromised took forever to heal then i got a bad yeast infection from all the antibiotics i was on for the strep and i am finally almost over the yeast infect (last day of meds) and i woke up yesterday with this on the too of my right butt cheek where there was a scratch prior too. (first pic) then when i woke up today my vag looked like this. (2nd pic). the blisters on my butt cheek are already almost healed andimage gone though?! could this be herpes or just blisters/ulcers from that severe yeast infection?!?! hep image
