Does this look like herpes? please help

I lost a close family member a couple days ago which resulted in me not taking care of myself and not showering. During that time i noticed a little itching but didnt think anything of it until today after i showered and shaved. I have gotten lip sores before but a long time ago in the past but not ever down there. I have been with my partner for years now and hes never had any lip sores or on his private area. Im very concerned
