Does this look like HPV or anything else?

i had sex 5 days ago and i saw these two acne like thing. I usually have acne on my body and face and sometimes i do also get acne on my pubic area. however because of the sex thing i am having anxiety for what this is? I have taken an appointment for the test but its 2 more weeks to go and then also an appointment for doctor to physically check the signs of anything. I noticed this acne thing on the evening of when i had sex and I was so much panicking throughout night I couldn't sleep also i went to gym the same day and started feeling to scratch by ass a lot and I am so confused now. please someone help

in the images you would see two white bumps on the left side. In the image they somehow don't look that white but they look like whitehead acne which i have on my skin as well

    i did take a hot water bath with exposed penis head after sex

    around the penis head is penile papules. which is harmless. the ones under the penis might have to get checked
