Does this look like Lichen Sclerosus?

Hello guys,
every time I ejaculate since 2 months I get these dilated capillaries and other small blood vessels on the skin of my glans and on the foreskin around. When my penis is not erect the redness is way less and is barely visible, but there is a slight whitening on the foreskin below the glans.
I have been prescribed various topical ointments for curing balanitis and candida infections without any effect.
My question is does it look like lichen sclerosus to you and should I go to the doctor for a biopsy examination?
Thanks in advance!

I think its normal, when there is an erection you have increased blood flow in those veins. that's why they look much red.
can u post a photo when its not erect?
other than that you should check it with a doctor to get a mental relief.

Hi its hard to tell from your photo but it could be very early signs of LS or possibly balanitis fungal infection. Do you have any discoloration around the frenulum or foreskin?

Yes, the foreskin below my glans has become more pale than usual and has formed a white-ish ring.

I don't think it's balanitis fungal infection as I've been applying a pile of different creams for 2 months non-stop without even the slightest improvement. (Clotrimazol 1%, Miconazole nitrate/hydrocortison, Banival cream, Lomexin 2% cream and 3 x Candizole 150mg Tablet).

Ok I'd have it checked with a dermatologist so any changes to the skin should be investigated. if you have a pale coloured ring it could indeed be lichen sclerosus.

Thanks, I will get it checked out this week and I'll report what happened.

Hi!
Apply a lot of cream on the glans could generate skin problems and even get the skin worse.
Could you post a photo of the pale ring on foreskin?
Thanks
Im fighting with a dry skin glans since 1 years with few improvements, dermatologists are pretty useless if someone does not have big symptoms
