Does this look like Lichen sclerosus? Scared and alone!

Posted , 10 users are following.

So this post is probably TMI, just a heads up!

So over the last 10 weeks i have been very depressed, this is all down to my private area. I have been having classic symptoms of LS, however am unsure if i have it. I went to the doctors and they said i had thrush, they gave me some treatment but it didnt get better and now it is worse. I have another appointment in two weeks time.

Those of you who have LS can you please tell me if this looks like LS, and if soo how do you deal with the symptoms?

thank you xxx

if i was you i would go to the dermatologist and have a biopsy because that whst i had to do to get a second opinion. that way they can tell you if you have it. Mine started as white little bumps and gotten worse they itched like crazy. they gave me clob steriod but it helped for awhile. but friends from this site told me for itching to soak in borax and soda warm water for the itching . i teally helps you.

Hello, I have had INTENSE itching in my labia around the hair line for at least 10 years. Recently, starting Wed. Feb. 26th, I change over to the carnivore diet. Within 3 days my itching was greatly relieved. Today is the 6th day on this diet and my itching is completely gone. My eczema (under my arm pits and on one elbow) is also going away. I hope this helps someone.
