I am NO doctor BUT it does appear to have the same LOOK and u have the same symptoms that I had and I do have LS...find a doctor that knows how to diagnose this issue...until u get an appt. keep the area moist with some coconut oil, use a mild soap and try to let the area "air" out as much as possible....best of luck...

just 1 other suggestion - STOP SHAVING down there....sure this must dry out the area also...cut the hairs if u must and maybe shave the top area BUT don't use scissors around the area where u have the LS....I found that helped a little and anything to help out the situation...

Hi Karla, i was just diagnosed in January with LS. i had a biopsy and its LS. My gyno gave me steroid cream. it seems to be working but i had a flare up the last couple of days. And i feel like i have paper cuts in one spot. This is and awful thing to live with. Im going back in March and I think she said she will be doing a biopsy on my rectum. please get a biopsy. I also go to a dermatologist in March and Im going to tell her about it. But I suggest you go to a gynecologist. it sounds like you have the same.

    Good luck.
