Does this look like Oral thrush or oral warts!!!

Ok so i am worried.

About a month ago i was treated for chlamydia and i got thrush from the antibiotics. a couple days a go i looked at my throat and saw these tiny bumps.

I wouldnt have a clue how long it has looked like this as i cant remember the last time i looked there closely. Im thinking if its warts or thrush.

Has anyone experienced this and if so what was yours?

    Have you had your tonsils removed? To me it just looks like your tonsils are inflammed.

      My tonsils are permanently like this after having tonsillitis a lot when i was younger.

      If you look closely there are two small lumps on the uvula and the other small lumps on the soft palette and there are more on the soft palette from today 😦.

      I think if you can do an oral STD swab it may be better to find out what it is because it can be dental related too? To me it just honestly look tonsil related and inflammed.
