ive had this for weeks now and it hasnt gone away. My doctor said she couldnt really see anything but its very irritating only when im working. Does it look like piles?

Well first off up water and fiber intake. Then you can try some preparation H , tucks wipes or suppositories. Unfortunately once you start straining they return. Lots of water and even stool softener if your constipated

Hey keta_35022! It certainly does seem to be hemorrhoids. If your doctor examined you in person that is definitely strange they didn't notice anything because they are apparent in the photo you provided. If not I would definitely have them checked out in person. If hemorrhoids are the case, I highly recommend getting them banded asap to get rid of the source. I also was having extreme pain while working and I actually bled on myself several times from standing for too long. Had to leave work and take medical leave to figure out what to do. Hope you get it all figured out!
