Photo 1 looks suspicious, photo 2 not. Most of what is shown in photo 2 are Fordyce Spots

Did you use a condom or lots of Lube, perhaps?

Only way to be sure in situations like this is to get checked at an STI / Sexual Health Clinic

thanks for your opinion i did not use lube or protection i spoke with the person i had sex with who is in a poly relationship and from what she says neither her or her fiance had anything abnormal show up.. i have had pimples appear on my penis in the past and they looked pretty bad but i tested negative also these are not painful what so ever or itchy from what i researched stinging, burning and itchiness is a big sign its herpes

What is shown in the photos are not typical signs of herpes - I agree what is in photo 1 are potentially Molluscum - until you have what you have going on diagnosed by a medical professional you must NOT share towels with anyone else

They look like Molluscum Contagiosum. I had those for 4 months. It's very contagious. Don't shave and use paper towel to pad dry and throw it away after used. I would use medical tape to tape them to prevent them from spreading. Check with your Dr. to confirm if those are Molluscum bumps.
