Does this look like skin cancer?

imageHi all - I know I have to get this checked out and I have a telephone call with my gp (damn covid) about this what looks like a blemish but is also a raised pimple on my stomach (about 3/4 inches on the side of my belly button).

A background, i've had it since March maybe even mid February this year and it's not really gone down or bigger. It's only recently that I started looking at it thinking I need to get this checked out.

Quite anxious it could be skin cancer but I just don't know. A bit of a background from me, on and off smoker, Brown (south east Asian), haven't been in sun all day as have an office job, when I squeeze it sometimes a bit of sebum or puss like substance comes out.
