Does this look or sound like Herpes?

i had unprotected sex almost two weeks ago. Last week, I started having weird prickling/pinching sensations around my vulva, vagina, buttocks, breasts, and in other random parts of my body. I have been checking everyday and there are no blisters or pus or anything. I went to the ER on Sunday but they only tested for chlamydia and gonnorrhea, both of which came back negative. I looked on the inside of the vagina and on the right, the skins looks red and a little inflammed. there is what appears to be teeny tiny bumps or sores but I honest can't tell. They are slightly tender but its barely noticeable. I have no pain, no burning when I pee or anything. When I went to the ER, the doctor that did my pelvic exam did tell me I had thick white discharge consistent with a yeast infection and my urinalysis said I had moderate bacteria. Does any of this sound like herpes or something else?

    this does look concerning in regards to herpes, have you thought about going to clinic and being check on?
