Does this look severe yeast infection? Pic included

Hi,

This started at the end of my period. That weekend I was also away on a hen do eating loads of sugar, drinking alcohol for the first time in years etc. I started getting itchy and sore.

Been using canesten cream, pessaries and took 2 x fluconazole 150mg 3 days apart, still nothing.

I also have crohn's, on infliximab and have a poor immune system. I'm getting swabbed today.

Looking for some reassurance if anyone else has experienced this before at the vaginal opening?image

      I actually agree, either that or lichen planus. I was hoping it was just a bad yeast infection. I'm sure I do have thrush but probably underlying LP/LS. So annoying! Do you have LS?

      i dont! but im currently going through my own problems with yellow discharge, redness, dryness burning. all swabs have come back normal. im sure i dont have this as i dont have the white patches, ive just heard other people talk about it!
