I got this rash on my penis foreskin 2 days ago , they dont itch. a slight tingle sometimes. I had a potential risk sexual exposure 22 days ago ( 3 weeks) , does the rash look like herpes or any STI? The sex was protected with a condom used and oral was performed with the condom on.
