Does this seem serious?

Disclaimer*** I am seeing doctors and specialists- I just can't get appointments for a while and I think it's helpful for me to write it all out objectively..

I'm 20 (F) and about a month ago I started experiencing pretty bad back pain. Its constant in the sense that I feel it every day. It's worse when I'm driving, but I can't stand for long amounts of time. I'm pretty tall, so it could be my posture, but it feels like I'm too young for that to be affecting me this much? I'm not sure, but a couple weeks before that started, I was experiencing blood in my stool. I wrote this off initially as hemorrhoids, but It's now been 6 weeks and hasn't stopped. It's usually not a large amount of blood, but my doctor prescribed me anti-inflammatories and a stool softener and it's still happening which is freaking me out.

The following could be unrelated, but I have had 6 episodes of passing out in the past year with no prior history. I have also lost 75 lbs in almost two years. I've made a semi-conscious effort to be healthier, so I haven't really been concerned about it until now. However, this past semester I definitely haven't been trying as hard, but I've still been losing weight.

Has anyone experiences symptoms like this before?? Literally any answers are appreciated- even just words of comfort. Thanks!
