Does this sound concerning..?

I have two little white spots on my soft palate I’m so worried that it is cancer they are not painful I have no trouble swallowing food or drink. But I do have a numbness in my top gum which causes my teeth to hurt, nasal drip,a little neck stiffness here and there, my ear is blocked sometimes, and I have a little chest pain but the doctor diagnosed it as sinusitis and pleurisy. I am still stressing out what should I do..?

Rinse your mouth with very salty water 2 times x day , and see after 1 week if it goes away.

It's the original mouthwash ,before listerine.

Hi michelle. I don't think the white spots are anything to worry about. Your doctor also seems not to think so. If you try the salt water rinse and still have the problem, maybe going to the doctor again?

Hope you get it cleared up soon. Best wishes harrishill

    Hi,

Your dentist may be able to put your mind at rest. They see all sorts of mouth problems and if there is any suspicion of cancer they will get an appointment for a biopsy for you.

I had the same problem as you, white spots on the palet and gum, nothing sinister after the biopsy.

    Mike.
