So for about 10 ish years ive had some balence issues. my ears always crack when ever i swallow water/food, chew even. objects in my visual field appear to move with my head when i move it, this symptom is present 100% of the time. oh and btw about 10 years ago when this all started it started with my vision shaking. lasted a few months.
