Hi, about 7 weeks ago i was having a cold ache in my left tricept. i took my bp and i was around 160/100. Very high for me. I played it safe and went to me local urgent care. They looked me over and said they didn't think it was heart related and suggested I see my gp. After, i saw my gp on and off for a few weeks due to symptoms growing. I also have seen a neurologist and allergist. I also have an appointment with an RA in May. In the time I've done this I've developed the following symptoms.
- body aches mainly in arms and legs
- general anxiety
- one large panic attack which landed me in the er one night while laying in bed.
- headaches
- joint pain
- dizziness
- muscle twitches not full on spasm
- tingling in face around left lips and jaw
- tingling in hands and feet
- weak feeling in right thigh and foot
- heavy fatigue even with it mostly hitting me at night around my drive home from work.
all my blood work have come back in great shape.
my allergist says i have very mild allergies
and my neurologist said my mri of my brain and neck was great.
At this point I'm at a loss. Anyone know if this is sounding like fibromyalgia?

It sounds like it could be fibro - but fibro doesn't appear put of nowhere, it's kicked off by something, either internal or external. Look back over the year before all this started and think about if you had any illness of any kind or any kind of accident. Did you see a doctor? Were you prescribed any medication? Can you remember what it was?
If you can say no to all that perhaps look back over a longer period and think whether you had anything at all such as stress marriage/work?), trauma (accident?), gut problems (constant indigestion), or increasing tiredness. Look at your eating habits - do you habitually eat more carbs than veg, or too much sugar or junk food?
The thinking behind fibro and CFS/ME is that they are conditions caused by persistent damage of one kind or another to your mitochondria (the 'powerhouses of your cells'). This could start off as a little something inherited or something acquired from the envionment (e.g. pollution, medicines or food). Damaged or depleted mitochondria kick off a whole tumbling domino effect in your body as one thing after another becomes less efficient - affecting the next chain of things. Your whole body has problems but nothing the docs can put a finger on so they diagnose 'fibro' or CFS.
Take a look back and see what you come up with.
