Does this sound like LS?

I've been experiencing tears at my vagina opening for around 7 years. This only happens following sex. I have been batted back and forth between Dermatology and Gynaecology for years without any real answers. Currently I have been prescribed dilators and they seem to work wonderfully and prevent me tearing almost entirely. However i am still concerned this is LS. In December I experienced some splitting on my perineum too but this was accompanied by severe dryness and went away with use of Dermol 500. Around this time I consulted a private Dermatologist who has a lot of experience in LS. She said in her opinion she thinks it isn't as she couldn't see any white patches or bruising etc. However I am concerned that I do have white patches, namely in the below picture. I have very pale skin so not sure if this is just normal colouring? I am due to see the consultant again soon and want to push for a biopsy but that concerns me too. Will it scare? Do they have to take it from a white patch area?

It doesn't seem like it is actually. For the biopsy I heard it is a bit too much for the skin if there aren't any great doubts. tears could they be lack of lubrication or Vulvodynia?
