Nothing wrong in the photo you provided your clit looks normal. Do you have a photo of under the hood of your clit?

hi, your clit looks normal. Why do you feel like you have clit adhesion ? Also it is normal not to get am orgasm as fast or get one when you have sex or during self pleasure. Are you having a hard time during sex or masturbation ?

masturbation is taking longer than in the past and it takes forever with sex i.e oral... i cant cum with penatrative sex

I understand where your coming from and can be very frustrating to where you think something is wrong with you. Which is not the case, i know if you do the same thing your body and brain knows so it becomes harder. Sometimes your fine than all of a sudden cant orgasm for nothing. I would suggest to not think of the orgasm when trying to get off, instead focus on what turns you on. it will work. you have to trick your brain a little you know ? if something is not working for you change it up and see what does. Also be open with your partner, communication is the best key.
