Does Viagra ( Sildenafil ) improve flow, like Cialis

I am taking Viagra to overcome the ED side effects of Tamsulosin and thought I noticed an increase flow when I got up to go to the loo in the night. Anybody else experienced this and is it a known benefit,

Just my thoughts. Viagara does not stay in your blood stream very long. So I would guess it would not be as good as cialis. One thing I do know. After sex my flow was always good. The benefits didn't last long but sex always helped with flow

I found that as well with Viagra but the Cialis effect helped the flow for at least a couple of days. My doctor said that a lot of his patients reported the same.

Also both are good for your heart. A friend went to the UK's top Urologist recently said that when he mentioned that he was taking one a day Cialis the Uro said that practically all of his cardiology colleagues were taking it for the long term cardiac benefits. I'm not sure if its urinary benefit is by relaxing  the  sphincter as it is said to worsen gastric reflux according to doctors.

    Andy,

Any reason you wouldn't want to stop the Tamsulsoin and Viagra, and just take daily Cialis for both effects?

Second thoughts I have Barratt's Oesophagus and the Cialis may worsen my acid reflux.
