i have a rash, i wore a thong two weeks ago that had a sharp tag near the butt crack area. I didnt realize my butt was all scratched up until a week later after wiping after a bowel movement. ! this is after i wiped the first time

Doesnt look like staph. More like a viral infection. See your doctor or go to STI clinic.
