Don't know what I actually have. Anxiety or heart problem?

Hi all. I am new here. First of all I say sorry to you because my post is so long.

I have heart problem from last 3 years. I m 37 and half year age. Many cardiologist checked me.

I have done CT angio, echo, hundard oh ECG. CT angio done in april 2014. Many time i have high blood presure. I smoke. Dr give me medicines but they say i have fear of heart deaseas. One an other thing EPS done 3 year ago to reduece my heart speed. Often my heart beat goes high. Now its normal.

Noe i feel my heart is sinking. I m going to died my heart is stoping. My blood presure is normal and blood oxygen is 96%,that is check on plus oxi meter. My heart pounding. I cannot life more than 5 kg weight. I become breath less. I feel congesion in my chest. I feel my heart is so weak.

Cardiologist said i have anxiety.

I want to ask you any one of you feels like me. Feels heart problem. My life is ruined. I can not do any thing. I m alone. Please guide me what actually i have. In anxiety do we feel that we have heart problem. Thanks in advance all of you.

    Sorry if your suffering from this im not a dr but what i can suggest is you need to learn how to relax and calm yourself anxiety is not easy to deal with you need to calm your self and think positive always. Sometimes over thinking about our illness will make it worse. You need to communicate with your dr so they can give you proper medication and advice. If its anxiety always think positive and you need to make socials with other people or do something that can make you busy instead of worrying. Be happy always.

    Sorry to say but the first thing you need to do to stop smoking the second thing you need to do is to start to relax these two things are big part in heart condition and have you ever thought of going to yoga, you really need to take your mind off it has your doctor suggested you have a nuclear scan.

      Once 2 year ago i was admitted in emergency in hospital and they suggest me nuclear scan. Then i go to my cardiologist ( who is very well qualified in my area ) and asked him for nuclear scan. He said me there is no need for this. He is giving me indral 40 mg tricardian , prothadian, and era dep. Indral and tricardian for heart and prothadian and eradep for phycho perpuse. I m treated by him from last 3 year. Last time i asked him is there any thing serious that you are not tell me. He said i have no need to escape. He said you have only fear and i m giving you medicine of avoiding fear. But my heart still sinking. But people around me said that i have to believe in doctors. Plz tell me your honest suggestions.
