Don't Take This Drug..

I was put on this drug in 1995.I'm no longer involved with Mental Health Services and don't consider myself to be mentally unwell. Five times i have tried to come off this drug and it's horrendous.I don't even take a whole tablet.I cut them into quarters and the withdrawls are equally as bad as when i was taking a higher dose. BE WARNED IT'S A BATTLE TO COME OFF THEM.

I wounder how long does it start to work and if it helped you both, and also if you do not mind me asking, why you are wanting to stop taking it, as I'm new to this medication.
and in need of advice about this medication they have started me on, I have posted a recent thread \"I'm on Reboxetine 12mg & now started on Quetiapine 25mg\"
I hope you can help
thankyou

I did miss a dose by about 12 hours once and I was sick from the withdrawal for hours, even after I took the missed dose. It is not a drug to be withdrawn completely all at once and I would say trying to reduce it by anything more than 25mg a fortnight (14 days) would be hard.[/color:4230a347b1]
