Dont know if this is fibro or not

My upper back, between shoulder blade, and mid back has been hurting for the past 3 weeks daily. It is not a sharp pain but feels like a muscle ache. Like something inside tissues and moves around. Its a nagging ache. Does this sound like fibromyalgia? Also a bit of puffiness on lower leg near the bone. Ive had fibro years ago but hasnt dealt with it for years now until now.

    Hi Mary the upper back pain in shoulders I can relate to. I also get it on both sides of shoulder blades x

    I just joined this forum tonight as I too am experiencing what you are feeling. I've always had tight muscles especially in my neck and shoulders but this new deep more painful ache between my shoulder blades just started a few days ago and it's disconcerting and painful. Hoping to get info from this group.
