Dosaged Upped

So I went on zoloft (sertraline) about 2 years ago. Never had any panic attacks but mainly just real nervous all of the times and worried about things i shouldnt of been worried about. Dr put me on 50mg ... I do remember taking a while to adjust but once I did the medication worked perfect.

A few weeks ago I explained to my Dr that I was getting the feeling back again and being nervous all the time. She explained to me she started me off on a low dose and knew that she would eventually have to up my dose so she put me on 100mg which I have been taking for about a week now.

The last 4-5 days I have been experiencing heart palpitations (more of a flutter every once in a while) along with shortness of breath. I do remember having a racing heartbeat and palps when first starting the zoloft years ago but can these side effects also occur with a change in dosage?

The shortness of breath is weird..... I worked in the medical field as an EMT and my shortness of breath is not really a true respiratory problem..... sometimes I just feel like I keep having to take a deep breath (noticing a lot of yawning also) Taking a deep breath is not a problem and I have a pulse ox at home and my percentage has been constant 96% - 99%

If this is from the upped dosage, how long can i expect it to happen?
