Dose change made things lot worse

Been on 50mg sertraline for 7 weeks for anxiety intrusive thoughts due to zopiclone withdrawal. Changed to 37 mg 3 weeks ago as anxiety was so bad then back up to 50mg 2 weeks ago. Since then thoughts and anxiety got lot worse would such small change cause this? If so how long before things settle down and improve? Also had to come off citalopram just before starting sertraline due to side effects but was only on it 8 weeks, and I've had cold over Christmas as well.

      Sorry you are still struggling, I just don't know how much more of this I can take. Don't know if I'm on right dose or right med as nothing improving.

      Let me know how you get on. What dosage are you on and how long you been taking it ? Don't remember feeling this bad on the citalopram, but maybe having change meds wacks thing up. Good luck with your doctor anyway.
