Since increasing my Zoloft from 75mg to 100mg I’ve been a mess. But I’m determined to stick it out. When I was on the 75mg I had relief in the evenings and was able to sleep at night. Since upping to 100mg (day 8) I have zero relief at night and have a hard time falling asleep and wake up at 2am anxious as heck and can’t go back to sleep! Is this normal with an increase?!?

Hi Jenna,
I've just started on sertraline again but my anxiety has gotten worse.
Just wondering is there anything over the counter I can take for anxiety (mainly in the morning) that you could recommend?
Just whilst my sertraline kicks in again.
