Dose increase after a year

Hi everyone,  my doctor and I increased my Sertraline dose from 150 to 200 about 2 and a half weeks ago after my youngest child left for college and my husband got a promotion that takes him out of state for half the time. The first week no changes at all, but the last week and a half I am having physical symptoms, very nervous stomach, fatigue...I would so appreciate any feedback on how long these will last. I have been on 150mg for a year so I expected I wouldn’t just sail right thru, but I’m almost three weeks in, is this normal

It's completely normal, they usually last about 4 weeks, I know it's hard because I have been there but you will get through it, and be able to answer these kind of questions in a few months time. Good luck xx

Thank you so much. It really took me by surprise as I have been on them for a year, I didn’t expect to feel like I was completely starting over. Today is 3weeks, hoping the next couple weeks are better. So kind of you to reply. I so appreciate it❤️
