Dots on penis have had for as long as I can remever

have had whiteheads around my entire penis the ones on the tip are barley elevated and cant Barely feel it , almost like skin discoloration.when erect u can barely feel it and its alsmost disapear but have 2 bumps on the back of head that have never bothered me but now have been hurting. i have had these for as long as i can remeber and when in elementary school pediatrician said dont worry about it. also my physician said do not worry about it. Never had sex and im still a virgin but idk how to cure it or explain to anyone . and also have skin tags around . imageimage
