im 42 have double hip replacement on 4th august tbh ive never worried about ops and i have had a lot of them, jus bit worried for after i wanna be back to normal jus want to know all your thoughts etc plus with the situation ur there and in there by urself no friends family etc all gonna be a bit weird

I should not worry about it, do you actually need visitors? Normally there are plenty of people around to natter with, visitors quite often seem bored sitting by a friend/relatives bed, after the initial questions always seem quite happy to escape 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, you will be out within two days anyway. I was in a month ago for an op after breaking my arm, they wanted to put a plate in, it is okay being on your own, just take phone, tablet, book anything to occupy yourself.
