double vision after cataract surgery

I have been posting about my double vision now going on almost 3 weeks.  My eye started to improve to the point where there was very little double vision in that effected eye. This morning I woke up with the double vision back to being as bad as when I first took off the patch and now with slanted double vision. Anyone out there experience anything like this? My surgeon is not a muscle specialist and maybe sending me to one in my area but the one's in the area unfortunatley do not have good reputations.

    Double vision is really difficult as I have the same issue after cataract surgery. Two lenses and laser . My sight is worse that before cataract lens replacement. 

    Also was referred to the other specialists and no answer or reason was ever diagnosed.  

    I hope you you have better luck and keep posting.

      My surgeon sent me to a behavioral opthomologist and he gave me eye exercises to do and a script for prism glasses. Just started with the exercises so we'll just have to wait and see and hope for the best. If I dont see any improvment in a month I will try to find another specialist for a second opinion.

      Assuming the exercises are because your eyes are not working together. 

      Prism glasses helps with double vision .  Good luck.
