double vission at lights

Hello, I have visited several doctors and they all find that my eyes are healthy. My problem started wearing contact lenses, wearing contact lenses I could not see clearly and I had double vision at lights, another symptom was at subtitles, when i was watching tv i was watching the subtitles forming slightly upwards, when I took out the contact lenses my vision was restoring to normal.

One day I took out the contact lenses, I wore my glasses but my vision was like I have been wearing contact lenses.

Since 2004 until today the problem has not been fixed., any idea of what might go wrong with my eyes?
