Been on doxazosin for 4 weeks.No problems up to 3 weeks then aching legs and lower back,nausea,weight increase,very tired,sleep affected (wake very early).Anyone else?

I haven't heard of this one. Have you read all the info on the NHS website?
I have had to try quite a few drugs, so perhaps your GPs will try a different one if you go back to them

I've been on doxazosin for almost 6 years after bad reactions to other BP meds, and yes, all those things still happen from time to time, but your body does eventually get used to it - for the most part.
I'm either on 1mg or 2mg a day, depending on how my blood pressure is doing, so you're on a very small dose.
The thing about doxazosin is that it's pretty effective at lowering BP for many people, so stick with it if you can.
