Doxazosin And water works problems

i have recently started taking Doxazosin 4mg because i am sensitive to many medications which cause urine retention while taking them. I was hoping that the problem would improve. From having trouble going, I am suffering the opposite of having to go every half to an hour day in day out. its wearing me out.

I am becoming desperate because i need to be close to a loo at all times.

Has anyone else had this problem with this medication?

    It might not be the medication causing the issue but what you are drinking. Some drinks tend to make us need the toilet more than others, this is what i think from experience. You could ask your doctor about it, and find an alternative.
