Yes, I take 100 mg at night, no bad side effects, helps with sleep a little. Tried 150mg but got unpleasant side effects.

Did they start you at at a 100mgs? I use to Prozac years ago and I couldn’t stop having panic attacks and I had no appetite so doctor put me on doxepin. It helped a ton. But I stopped tdlinf both 6 months ago and started the Prozac again. Same thing, even more panic and 0 appetite!!! So I’m

Thinking of going back on doxepin again. You take it at. Night right?

Yes, I take it before bed

      I think I started at 50 or 75 mg.

What helps my anxiety the most by far is clonazepam, 1mg 3x per day.

Yes, clonazepam is a benzo, but much milder than xanax. I take doxepin at night and think it helps with sleep.

I just got too tired with xanax and then rebound anxiety because it doesn't last as long as clonazepam.

I know I’m wondefing I should switch because I think my body is getting to use to Xanax.

But what I meant was what side effects did you have with doxepin?

Just didn't feel well, don't have any side effects at 100mg doxepin except I think it helps with sleep, haven't tried stopping it so not really sure if it helps with sleep, probably should try going off it to see if any bad effects. I think the other meds are the ones that help with sleep.
