Doxycyline body aches

Hi, i took doxycyline for my infection of my prostate , 2xdaily for 1 month.

1,5 week before i finished i discovered i got:

-stronger and stronger pains in my shoulders

-burning under my ribs

-empty burping ups

-pains in chest on left,right side and middle (stabbing)

-neck pains

And couple others symptomps thats already disaapeared after stoping medications, but now im not taking medications for more than month and i still got shoulders and arms pain, stabbing pains going around on my body - chest, back , arms , legs - its like someone put knife inside me or needle , neck pains . Pain come and go , one time its shows in arms another time in back, and dissapearing. Doctors dont know what to do , they doing only blood tests , but everything seems to be fine. Anyone had the same problem ? Do I ever get back to normal ? I still got infections of my prostate, propably doctor give me another medications but i afraid of taking it because i think i can get worse.
