Dr ignoring all the signs

i have been taking this drug for nearly 2 years for constant migraines i was a healthy 52 year old woman apart from the migrains i am 5 ft 7 at the start of taking these tablets i weighed a healthy 11st 12lb i wasnt overweight as was on my feet 10 hrs a day due to my job as a chef and was very busy i just had a big muscle mass since being on these tablets i have experienced really bad fatigue where i cant get up some mornings loss of balance i fell out of the bath one day if it wasnt for the wall i would have cracked my head open i put my hand through the wall

i am constantly losing my balance and falling over pins and needles and severe cramping in both legs in middle of the night that wakes me up in excruciating pain about 3 times a week and also i am now down to 8 st 2 and look like a stick insect my hair has thinned out dramatically i use to have beautiful long thick curly hair i dont even have enough hair to warrant a band its awful i have spoken to the dr numerous times about the weight loss and they keep dismissing it .i recently was put on Cocodomol and gabapentin for a back injury and a hemangioma on sacrum in two separate places but they kept prescribing the drugs i also was diagnosed with a degenerative disc disorder i become addicted to these drugs 16 Cocodomol in 24 hr a day they where ruinning my life . Every time i went to see the specialist at the hospital regarding my back and i voiced my concerns about my weight loss all she said is but you look fantastic WTF a dramatic drop in weight that i dont want she also told me that the drugs that i was on i shouldn't be taken as they are for nerve damage and she couldn't understand why i had been prescribed them . then an incident happened where one of my children desperately needed my support so i had to be focused and give 100% to him so i spoke to my children and told them i am addicted to Cocodomol and going to go cold turkey i was very angry with the dr as i shouldn't have been on this drug it was the highest strength too whilst i was going through cold turkey my child issues where resolved and they got rehoused and i was left alone and i hit a really low point where i felt suicidal so i reached out to the dr who called me back and i explained what was going on that i was withdrawing from Cocodomol i am on my own i feel hopeless and suicidal and i have no support he asked how many days i had been doing it for so i told him i was on my 5th day all he said was well done i will check in on you in a day or two and i am really sorry to hear about your son i never heard a thing from him again .I managed to pull myself through it by medetating and keeping busy but it was awful then i lost it on the dr i emailed the surgery and told them to take the Cocodomol of my repeated prescription a week later when my daughter in law went to pick up my prescription for me she came home and what was in the bag 2 boxes of Cocodomol i was fuming i went ballistic i spoke to my female dr who is actually my dr who told me there was no record of any conversation with me and the other dr regarding my withdrawal and suicidal thoughts and all she could do was apologize i was fuming .so i decide there and then that i also wanted to come of gabapentin as the specialist said i am not supposed to be on them so i went cold turkey on them this experience was worse than coming of Cocodomol it was awful there should be a warning about withdrawal from this drug as they are worse than Cocodomol believe and lasts for around 3 weeks metal taste hallucinations depression suciadial thought thank god for my friend who got me through it as i nearly reached for that box on multiple occasions i am so glad i didnt no thanks to the dr at my surgery . they kept on saying the weight loss is down to the amount of Cocodomol i was taking .Anyway was back at the hospital beginning of july and i weighed 8 st 5 as of today i weigh 7st 13Lb just been weighed again at surgery as they needed to take my bloods again because two months ago they did a blood test which came back that i had an underactive thyroid if i had an underactive thyroid why am i not putting weight on ? also now i am suffering from excruciating headaches two to three times a week with intense pressure and pain behind my left eye feels like eye wants to forcablly rotate to the back of my head i am throwing up no pain meds eleveate pain and if i lay down pain intensifies and dr says its just a bad migraine bout . i am going to opticians tomorrow to get one of these paid test to see what is going on in my eye as i have heard that this medication can also cause glaucoma and if i have it then there is going to be a big issue any advice out there as i am sick of this dr surgery ignoring all the tell tale signs of side effects of this drug me
