Dr Recommended ED Pump Therapy is Helpful

I sincerely hope this thread gives some hope to some here who have ED. I am completely amazed, thankful, and satisfied with this as a treatment, and, in fact, it works so well, I can not understand why it isn't offered first before any other medical treatment from a safety and effectiveness perspective.

After my Rezum procedure, (which allegedly has a 0% incidence of erectile dysfunction) I have COMPLETE erectile dysfunction. Before the procedure, our sex life was fine without even need for medicine. Now there is NO ability. I have no idea what happened, but it did and it is severe.

My father went through this 25 years ago after prostatectomy for cancer, then, later, had surgery to install penile implant. The first failed, the second surgery left him incontinent , and also failed. The third procedure worked, but he has had to wear a pad for 25 years, and that device also failed after a few years. He just gave up. His doctor never recommended, and he never even heard of the possibility of using an Erectile Dysfunction Pump. So sad because he could have avoided three surgeries and never had to wear a pad for years, but he never was even offered the opportunity.

A long time friend confided that he had the same problem from a different procedure and that his Uro had recommended him to a medical representative who only deals with Erectile pumps. My Urologist / surgeon never even discussed it. My friend gave me the rep's number. After a phone consult and a lot of questions, he sent me some information and a video. This is a medical device for ED. NOT a cheap toy from an adult store with foul language and pictures on the box. This device is FDA Approved for this purpose. There are several available that meet this criteria. If anyone is interested in the particular product I finally decided on, PM me and I will answer but I think most any of the FDA Approved sets would be fine.

The device cost less than a couple of prescriptions for Viagra or Cialis (neither of which worked AT ALL for me) and while awkward at first, my wife and I decided to make it part of the process and just roll with if it got uncomfortable, and laugh our way through.

The device has 2 purposes. The first is obvious, and that is to restore sexual function, which I can attest this does VERY well. We are as active and both as satisfied as ever. I am so thankful for that. The second purpose is for therapy where the device is used daily and over time helps heal and restore the original function in many men who are in this dilemma. I have been using the therapy version for a few weeks now, and no difference, but the rep said it may take even a year to 18 months to fully recover, if recovery is possible.

Thanks for you post Mark. I'm curious, have you tried the G ddy c ck ring for use with your pump? Supposed to work better than traditional ones but extremely expensive for what they are

Hopefully this won't get moderated because I mentioned a specific product

Thank you for your kind recommendation. I will look at it but I can't imagine a more effective product. The set I purchased came with 7 different sized tension rings of varying size. they are very high quality and you start at the largest and go down until you find the perfect one for you. they are very high quality and the friend who first told me about this said in 10 plus years he has only had one break.
