Dr's aren't sure what's wrong

I'm sorry for the graphic photo.

I'm so worried, I am currently abroad and unable to access high quality medical care. I have been to numerous dermatologists and all are baffled, due to the physical appearance looking a bit like LS, however I do not have itchiness at all and haven't had itchiness in the 5 years this has been here. Are there any professionals here who can advise? or those with similar symptoms? I have had all the sexual health tests and am all negative. I'm so stressed about this. One DR told me that it's just rubs after gaining weight, but I have doubt about that 🥺

    I have lS and have no itch. This could well be LS.
