Dr said not yet MD, just Inner ear problem

I recently went back to my doctor as I believed I had MD. He said, its not MD yet, but could be the start of something similar. It's like its inflammed and I have to keep it under control.

Symptoms include not feeling well, fullness in ear. Was dizzy at the time, but not so dizzy now.

He put me on a steroid nasal spray. 2 squirts twice a day. I have improved alot since then but I am starting to run out and forgot to take a dose this week.

I felt much worse for it, which makes me worry I am now going to be dependant on steroid spray for the rest of my life.

I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice as to what I should do?

Also, does anyone think at this stage I could lose my hearing? or is that only if it became alot worse..

There is no cure for this condition This site has helped me a lot I hope this has helped? Stay positive
